Occasionally, you get a coffee that stops you in your tracks and this coffee certainly does that. Freshly baked fruit cake aromas on the nose. Caramelised pineapple flavours lead to notes of dried blueberries. The ripe gooseberry acidity is sweet and pleasant. Great depth of flavour and body with the syrupy viscosity make pair well with the smooth milk chocolate and toffee finish. An awesome coffee from an awesome producer.
